1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are issued based on the cancellation notice period and the type of booking made. Eligibility is determined by:
The cancellation time relative to the check-in date
The rate type (refundable vs. non-refundable)
Special promotional terms or group booking agreements
2. Fully Refundable Bookings
For bookings marked as “Fully Refundable”, guests may receive a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the check-in date.
Refunds will:
Be processed to the original payment method
Take up to 3–7 business days to appear, depending on your bank/payment provider
3. Partially Refundable Bookings
Some discounted or promotional bookings may be eligible for a partial refund:
50% refund if cancelled 24–48 hours before check-in
No refund if cancelled within 24 hours of check-in or for no-shows
4. Non-Refundable Bookings
Non-refundable rates offer a lower price in exchange for a firm booking:
No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or early checkouts
Please review the rate conditions carefully before booking
5. Refund Exceptions
Refunds may be granted outside standard terms in the case of:
Force majeure (natural disasters, government-imposed travel restrictions, etc.)
Serious illness or emergency (with documentation)
Booking errors caused by our system or authorized third-party platforms
