This Cancellation Policy applies to all reservations made directly through Mainspring Home and Suite or authorized booking platforms.

1. Standard Cancellation

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in will incur a 50% charge of the total booking.
Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged 100% of the booking.

2. Non-Refundable or Promotional Rates

These reservations:
Cannot be canceled or modified
Will be charged in full upon booking
Will not be eligible for a refund under standard conditions

3. Group Bookings (5 rooms or more)

For group reservations:
Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in
50% charge for cancellations made 3–6 days prior
100% charge for cancellations within 72 hours of arrival
A deposit or signed agreement may apply.

4. Early Departures

Early check-outs are considered cancellations for the unused nights and are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed upon at check-in.

Use the cancellation link in your booking confirmation email

6. Force Majeure & Special Circumstances

We understand that unexpected events occur. Cancellation fees may be waived at our discretion due to:
Natural disasters or travel bans
Medical emergencies (with valid proof)
Airline cancellations
Please contact us immediately with documentation.

7. Third-Party Bookings

If your booking was made through a third-party site (e.g., airbnb.com, Expedia), their cancellation and refund policies may apply. You must cancel through the platform used for booking.
